Sorry if this has already been addressed in previous threads, but I am new to the Squeezebox Touch.
I would like to know if I can simply connect the laptop (with the Squeezebox server and music files) to the Touch directly with an ethernet cable only. I do not want to use any wireless or internet functions. The reason is to allow some portability with a set of powered speakers and a laptop, without any internet access.
