I have been trying to get my new Squeezebox touch to connect to my network since last Friday. I have a pretty standard WEP network with a 10 digit password. After I enter the password the touch tells me it couldn't connect using the password (which is shown on the screen). I have tried 10-20 times so I am sure I got the password right.
I have 3 computers, ipod touch's, a wii, Nintendo DS and a Samsung DVD player which can all successfully connect to my network. The Squeezebox touch can't I have tried Logitech support and they have kept me waiting. I have an open issue with them via phone call and another I started via their website. I have provided all the diagnostics from the squeezebox and provided them with screen shots of every option on my network setup screens. Can anyone on this forum provide help? I know how to access my network setup screens so I think I can answer any questions you might have for me. BTW I have a Cisco Wireless-N broadband Router model WRT160N. MAC filtering is not on. I have attached 5 of the the wireless screen shots to this document. It seems there is a limit of 5 documents.
