Not good I'm afraid. Managed after several attempts to use the touch screen to do a factory reset. IR still not working, but touch screen works in fits and starts. Mostly it just doesn't respond at all. Fortunately I don't use the touchscreen or IR remote very much - almost not at all. The exception being of course when there is a firmware update...
