Phil is using beta software 7.6 I'm too, so we are getting upgrades daily sometimes, so dozens or more upgrades done on it I've done 25 upgrades, mine is still ok . I think Phil has done even more . Beta fw can be broken, no mystery there. Phil did you participate in the beta program ? are yours different from the ones delivered during the release ? mine is hardware version 5 . So it can break with extensive use of beta fw ? He will eventually get help from logitech to fix it.
