Hi Scott, first some questions about your setup: 1. are you running Squeezebox Server (SBS) on a computer or have you plugged a USB drive into the Touch?
2. if SBS is on a computer what type of computer and what OS is running on it? 3. what file types are you playing (WAV, FLAC, MP3 etc)? 4. Since you mention iTunes have you tried to import iTunes playlists into SBS? The answer to those questions will help a lot in narrowing down a possible problem.
