I don't have a Mac so I am just using general principles. Those message in conjunction with the messages below from the earlier log seems to indicate from some applications that the network interface is working intermittently > Sep 12 18:34:15 scott-tullis-computer mDNSResponder: Repeated > transitions for interface en0 (192.168.1.15); delaying packets by 5 > seconds > 12 18:55:46 scott-tullis-computer ntpd[162]: sendto(17.151.16.22): > Can't assign requested address
If it is a intermittent problem - it could be a faulty a cable or socket. Looking at the network interface statistics especially counters associated with errors (e.g. connection resets, packet retransmits) might help confirm it. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=81482 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
