Just look at the section headed by "Tcp:" - play some music and see how the counter changes between a few songs.
After googling users who had the "Repeated transitions for interface en0" - usually also have other "error" messages in the OSX log. Do you have any other messages in OSX log ? Also user with the "Repeated transitions for interface en0" messages seem to have either hardware or OSX installation problems.
