Having spent the past few months ripping my music collection to flac and carefully referring to these forms for advice on guidance in readiness for wrestling with the multitude of glitches when setting up the touch with the USB and album art the day finally arrived.....only for on plugging the thing in it showing absolutely no life whatsoever...not a thing.
Have I been sold a dud or is this a problem that can be easily resolved?
