Ha, yeah, right on.

Recently, I spent some time A/B switching between two identically
cabled SB3s.  One fed a Lavry, the other a MHDT Havana (both into the
same amp).  The audible differences were impossibly small.  Having
said, I'm a great believer in DACs revealing their true personalities
over extended listening periods (many weeks!).  

But yes, the internal DAC in the Touch is very good and certainly the
first I could happily listen to without the urge to slap an external
DAC into the hifi chain.
