Bittersweet has various tagging issues: some tracks have ALBUMARTIST, some have YEAR, but only one has GENRE. Ten Lives: can't see the spelling differences. But it's missing many tags too.
IMHO as good as their music selection is, the file handling isn't up to par. You best let them know about this.
