Is it possible to set up a Touch with the IR remote instead of the touchscreen? If so, you could _try_ to do it using the Duet remote's infrared feature. It's buried under Settings > Advanced > Factory Test > Infrared. That takes you to a simulated SB remote that you could use to enter the network password and such.
