I'm very dissapointed. As a beta tester and a long time user, I really thought we ironed out these issues. Let me set up my dillemma:
I had a local server. I have 5 devices that connect- 2 receivers, a controller, a touch and a radio. They all work great. Rhapsody & local music. Today I try to connect to mysqueezebox.com and they fail. I try factory reset, and now not a single player gets on to my networks at all. Not wired or wireless. WTF? So factory reset doesn't actually reset. I learned that I can press and hold the hardware reset button on the touch to get it to do a "real" reset, and that will allow me to connect again and update.. But I can't seem to find the same feature on the controller or radio. And here's the kicker. I still have the touch and two receivers on mysqueezebox.com. But how do I sync? They were synced, but I messed somethign up, now one of the players is independent. I can access the player and play it's own stream, but it won't sync. I am a long time supporter and love squeezebox, but come on guys- i can't be the first person to test this.
