Which firmware are you running?  When in doubt, reset everything. 
Reboot routers and switches and DHCP servers.  Factory reset the
player.

Make sure mysb.com is reachable from your network.  From some
experimenting that I was doing yesterday, it appears that proper setup
and use of the SP based players and (oddly enough) the Default web
interface, are all severely affected if they're unable to connect to
mysb.com.
