I had similar problem with my PC with Vista. Actually had twice: when setting up Touch 1st time and now after a few days not using it. I've managed to solve the problem, but don't know how.
The situation and the problem: - SBS OK (library, connection to router, diagnosis, MSB.com etc.), except it cannot recognize the Touch - Touch OK with internet (radio and MSB.com), but cannot find my SBS (MyMusic) - router OK (finds my Touch, ports opened etc.) - SBS' Web Controller cannot recognize Touch Problem: MyMusic -> 'connecting to "My Music Library"' -> fails After a couple of hours I've somehow managed to solve this, just by re-booting, factory-resetting, router resetting, SBS stop/start etc etc. And then suddenly all working again.
