MP3tag is the favored solution. You can also (in windows) right click on the file and see if the "id3 editor" choice appears - this will take you to the DBPowerramp tag editor (if you enabled this when installing DBpoweramp), which can also be used but is less powerful than MP3 tag for maintaining your files. I have also used Jaicoz - (which costs a few dollars when I was going through the establishment of my library - and found this useful for getting tags from MusicBrainz and cleaning up my initial mis-steps), but as I become more familiar with the concepts of tagging and artwork I use MP3tag, as it seems do many other members of this forum.
