Hello. What OS is on the PC? If it is Windows, all you have to do is go to the Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), open the Directory tree, go to the artist then the song and hover the mouse over the song. This will show the current data, right click on the song and select Edit ID Tag. It will open a window to edit or add tagging info. Its built right into dBpowerAmp. If you need to do a whole album like adding "The" to the Album Artist and Artist, highlight the whole song list then right click and make global changes. Or you could download MP3TAG and use it to modify tags. It is very powerful so be careful.
