hmmm..... again it's been a while. Does it offer a Help item to select when you get the unregistered message? If yes, select Help then try the swipe or the Home button.
Another option is to just make up a complete bogus account like [email protected] and a bogus password. But be warned, if you ever decide to utilize MySB or even sell the Touch to another user you must know this login info in order to use the MySB web UI.
