There are three ways to get the right firmware: log on to mysqueezebox.com (which you don't want to do) from your own local copy of the server (SBS) running on a computer on your network download the firmware fron the net, put it on a USB stick and boot the Touch with the USB stick plugged into the Touch. To get the firmware go to http://update.slimdevices.com click on updates then firmware. Go to 7.5.1. Get the latest fab4 bin file. Put this on the root dir of the USB stick. Plug the stick into the Touch and reboot (unplug and plug the power or push the little button on the back). After it boots go to setup->advanced->upgrade firmware and select the option to load from media. That should be it.
