Thanks for the replies! I did try the reset via that little button on the back and also did a factory reset via the SB menu. Once it reboots, the same problem persists.
At one point I saw the library on my PC listed under the "My Music" folder on the SB. But when I tried connecting nothing ever happened. But I have not yet seen it under "Switch Library". I also checked the software firewall on my PC and opened ports 3483 and 9000. I wonder if this could be a hardware problem, but with internet access via mysqueezebox.com working I am not sure how likely that is.
