I know how you feel. I too bought the NV+ to retire my Windows based file server. I was pretty p**d to find out that the NV+ isnt running well with SBS. The good thing is that your DUO is quite new so you can sell it without too much loss. Hammering Netgear wont do much good. Technically they didnt say anything wrong. SBS does run on the DUO (and other Sparc based processors).
