I have the same problem, but it occurs irrespective of the source and I have three sources of music on my harddrive. Those copied from my computer as mp3, FLAC downloaded by db poweramp, FLAC downloaded using EAC. I run the USB directly to the touch and have a dedicated USB drive with only a single copy of each file on the drive....
