Does it really translates to measurable/significant changes at the *outputs* of the Touch ? Dramatic changes on the digital output is also claimed ?
Id love to see an audio diff maker test on these things. These changes also include server-side changes to send FLAC as WAV this have been proven by other forum members with the ability to measure it that it does not change the outputs of any squeezebox. The perspective we need is that these are small differences. Mr soudchecks enthusiastic writing about how every so small change in a config on computer audio devices makes dramatic changes defies all beliefs ? Never the less shutting down wifi I've done because I simply don't use it and Touch have very sparse system resources they may be needed elsewhere.
