John, in your post you mention to check ambient light sensor & that the values should be around 0 for the 2 channels & the Lux. Is this to be tested when it's dark in the room, or is it o.k. to check when the room is lighted, too? I just checked mine, because I've been unable to have the display dim at night on both SB Touches I have. My readings for channel 0: 731 (min. 585/max: 5?? - won't scroll far enough to see the max. value). Channel 1: 386 (min. 321/max. 405. Lux: 759 (min. 655/max. 813. Brightness: 100 (min. 100/max. 100). Change Gain (currently off). I did this test in a lighted room.
