I did look on Google and see it is a commercial undertaking which actively seeks tie-ups with manufacturers so perhaps a black mark to Toshiba for putting it on the drive. The Wild Tangent web site states:

We work with brand marketers to bring creative ideas to life across our owned and operated properties and a portfolio of top social games, massively multiplayer games, virtual worlds, and syndicated flash games."
