Yes the Touch will drive the power amp. The amp has 32dB of gain. a couple of volts should get it up to full blast...
You will need to fit passive attenuators between Touch and Power amp for 2 reasons: 1) to ensure that the digital volume control is not used below 70, for max fidelity 2) to prevent software bugs from exposing your speakers to sudden blasts of unexpected full power delivery. -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
