I agree totaly. I'm no expert but from my experience and experimentation I have found that having album art embedded in each file and having a copy saved as folder.jpg (which in my case is the same as album.jpg) makes it show correctly on all my players. SBS, WinApm and HTC HD2 on which I have mp3's converted from flacs where nessesary.
