probably not a bug, but the "find new" scan often doesn't work well if there are other files with same name, or other issues. clear and rescan is the sure way to pick up all changes. I've used liveshowtagger in the past. been a while. I suspect the issue is your tags in general. after using liveshowtagger, I'd install mp3tag and open these flac files in mp3tag and really make sure your tags are exactly what you want. Once the files are in your active window, right click in a few and select "extended tags". This will show you ALL the tag fields that exist and the value. I suspect something is up here. Make sure you use only the regular FLAC tags (NOT ID3v2 tags inside a FLaC file).
