OK - this is going to be a bit of a sleighride...

you need to enable logging in the server, which will write details into
a file called server.log (on the machine where SBS is running).

go to settings - advanced - logging and set player.streaming to debug
(see below) - be sure to apply the change. Then play a 24/96 track -
lots of stuff will get written to server.log. copy/paste the relevant
bits into your reply here (or attach the file here) and we can
continue...
