I bet we will get a working solution a lot faster that way compared to waiting for Logitech to do something. There has been complaints about the font size since the release date but to my knowledge nothing has been done so far, but I might have missed something since I'm mostly using Custom Clock these days.
If it just requires small adjustments of the standard Now Playing screen it might even be possible to do as a patch so you don't have to rely on third party applets.
