I'm completely lost on your issue, it's just not making sense. I'll ask a third time: can you play an internet station on your Touch?
When you go to My Music does it offer to switch you to your local SBS server? If yes, when you select SBS server it does not connect? Go to the www.MySqueezeBox.com site, login with your account info, go to Players, does it show your Touch as connected?
