FWIW I'm getting exactly the same problem as the OP - I have no automatic backup software running either. To be strictly accurate, the first time I had a listening session after a complete (PC and Touch) reboot the screen gave full track and cover art info but stopped at some point during that session. Now when I switch it on it goes immediately into 'no info' mode. Another thing I've noticed is that, when I go into Settings, Screen, Now Playing,Now Playing Views, ALL the available options are 'lit' and nothing I can do will change that - does anyone else get the same problem?
