Several of the ones I've tried had the same OD and length but it seemed (to me) that the 'pin' in the Touch that fits into the ID of the jack plug is the problem. I think that for some reason known only to Logitech they have made the fitting non-standard. I say this because I had my first Touch replaced by Logitech under warranty (without any query, which surprised me) because the jack plug on that one was a very loose fit such that any movement of the Touch or the other connecting cables immediately resulted in the Touch losing power.
