You want to list the albums in the file system and the albums in the
squeezeboxserver database.  Then  compare the 2 lists.

To get the list from the filesystem, you can use "dir /s" with some
other options to only list directories (I'm assuming you have a
directory for each album).  Getting a list from the database is more of
a challenge.  I seem to recall a script or a plugin that would generate
an html file representing your music library based on the
squeezeboxserver database.

It would be a little tedious, but you could then sort your lists and
read through them to find what's missing.

Do you have a mix of filetypes in your library?  Perhaps some of the
filetypes are being exluded.  Is it possible you have some files that
have DRM in them (iTunes, etc.)?  These will not be loaded into your
library.

Another possible issue if directory permissions.

Once you come up with a few albums that aren't showing up, you can look
for a common denominator to figure out what is wrong.
