You want to list the albums in the file system and the albums in the squeezeboxserver database. Then compare the 2 lists.
To get the list from the filesystem, you can use "dir /s" with some other options to only list directories (I'm assuming you have a directory for each album). Getting a list from the database is more of a challenge. I seem to recall a script or a plugin that would generate an html file representing your music library based on the squeezeboxserver database. It would be a little tedious, but you could then sort your lists and read through them to find what's missing. Do you have a mix of filetypes in your library? Perhaps some of the filetypes are being exluded. Is it possible you have some files that have DRM in them (iTunes, etc.)? These will not be loaded into your library. Another possible issue if directory permissions. Once you come up with a few albums that aren't showing up, you can look for a common denominator to figure out what is wrong. -- maggior Rich --------- Setup: 2 SB3s, 4 Booms, 1 Duet, 1 Receiver, 1 Touch, iPeng on iPod Touch.
