I had the same problem as everyone. But then I realized that my newly bought Radiohead album worked, so I looked at the Tag with mp3tag. It was v2.4. Default setting in mp3tag is v2.3 UTF-16. So I changed this to v2.4 UTF-8 in settings and tried several albums (just oben in mp3tag and press save, will just change the tag version). All suddenly displayed album art.
