Go to START, start the cropper program. Then in your "tray" you should see a white square box with a + inside. So now cropper is ready to run. go to any page you want to make a screen shot from. then in your "tray" click on the white box with +. This should put a somewhat transparent rectangle on your screen. there is a "+" in the middle of this box and you can move the rectangle around with that on the screen. You can also grab the lower right corner and make the rectangle larger. When you are ready to do a screen shot, just hit ENTER or double click in the box.
Before you do a picture, within the "transparent" box on your screen, right click, then select options. Under options you can see where the files get saved. I changed my output to be my desktop so I can see them easily. Also, when you right click you see an "output" item.
