Hi Dave :) Having problems taking dumps? Easiest solution is the best. Top row of your keyboard theres a "prt sc" key? You may have to press >shift< to access it. Press it...theres now a "picture" of your screen stored.
Running windows 7? Press the "windows logo"key to the left of the spacebar, then type "Paint" in the box and hit enter. MS Paint will open up. On your keyboard, hold down "Control(CTRL)" and "v" at the same time. using computer voodoo magic the picture of your screen will magically appear.
