Hi Phil, Sorry but I cannot find any .myd or myi files associated with Squeezebox. I get as far as the 'Add' button (for files to be excluded from the Norton System Scan), navigate through C, then Program Files to Squeezebox where the choices are: - a folder titled 'server' and 5 files titled 'Licence', 'Release Notes', 'SqueezeTray', 'unins000.dat' and 'unins000' . There is no 'cache' file in the 'server' folder. As a (temporary ? ) trial I have excluded the entire Squeezebox program from the scan - any comments? Regarding the Red Cross issue, under History it reports that there are NO unresolved security issues?? Dave.
