Maybe this tells you something? It appears that the log hasn't changed since February 17 because your disk is full. The direct consequence is that no information is being written that can help debug the problem. A likely indirect consequence is that the lack of space on the disk will aversely affect other operations. As the disk in question is C: that could cause a lot of problems for you.
