your issue is the Touch IP address starting 86.  that is totally and
utterly wrong! 
It needs to be 192.168.1.82... 


The DNS server and Gateway are supposed to be (normally) the address of
your router (192.168.1.1). I presume you have DHCP turned on in the
Router... in which case the Touch should pick up a 192.168.1.x
address... UNLESS you are assigning a static address to the Touch
(inside the Touch, during setup).

I wouldn't do this. You should have your PC (or whatever) running SBS
on a static address so that the Touch can always find it EASILY.
Everything else should use DHCP.
