IMHO this won't work for a couple of related reasons: 1) you can't disable native FLAC support and trigger "flc flc transcode *".
2) you can't disable native FLAC support and force "flc pcm * *" to handle >96kHz files. 3) you can't enable native FLAC support and force line "flc flc * *" or line "flc flc transcode *" to output PCM. 4) there is no reference hardcoded to trigger a line like "flc pcm transcode *" Correct me if I'm wrong.
