The version of ntpclient I was using does not deamonise. It retains
attached to the parent process, which is the init script, and when the
script exits, all the childs are killed, and the therefore ntpclient is
killed. I'm sorry, I should have remembered that kind of stuff.

Fortunately for us, there is an alternative version of ntpclient that
deamonise properly.

This alternative is tad bigger. I've also modified the init script to
wait before starting ntpclient, that should improve a bit the boot time
(if anyone cares). I've just installed that on my Touch, verified that
ntpclient is launched after a reboot, it seems to work so far but it's
a bit early to be conclusive...
