That log is showing that the discovery protocol is not finding anything. This is frequently caused by UDB being blocked somewhere along the line.
I would get the status of the firewall itself (as others have said UFW is just a frontend), do this by typing into a terminal: iptables -L You might have to put sudo in front of that or login as root. This will tell you what your firewall rules REALLY are.
