a cue file is just a text file containing meta data (in this case, details regarding the start/end point of each track) ...
2 ways forward (if using Windows): 1) use Audacity (free) to manually split-out and save the individual files 2) use Audacity to find the start/end times of each track then manually create a cue file in notepad/wordpad etc. Use the cue file with Foobar (free) to automatically split the file.
