Well, if it is having the same issues while connected to MySB.com, then SBS server is not likely the culprit. Best I can suggest is to try the Touch wired, see if that solves the issue. Then you know there is a WiFi issue.
What is the Touch's WiFi signal strength? Can you play music from your own library without such buffering?
