Sure, but remember on this forum we try to help eachother out. At the moment I have no idea about your setup other than "artwork doesn't work" Yes it is annoying to have the problems; But at least provide basic information to help narrow down the problems. There are 7-8 people that have reported artwork issues this far and we or Logitech have to figure out why it does not work for you guys... what is special about your setup. So to start with: - Have you checked for the hidden attribute? - Do you use embedded artwork? - What platform are your running on? - Any error messages in the server or scanner logfiles?
