Hi!

I was reading his input, accidentally got back to the main page and saw
your reply. I'm actually reading his input and it seems to be the real
thing. I didn't answer him yet, as I'm trying to digest all the
valuable information he poured in such a helpful, generous and perhaps
magical post. 

Thanks for your advice, kind sir. It is very reassuring to have your
approval on JohnSwenson's post. At this moment, I'm thinking of
translating all this and ask a qualified technician to come home and
see what should be done. I reckon that he's one of the most helpful
members and that his posts became reference material among the computer
literate members who post here.

As I said, I need to read it at least once more before making my next
move. Thanks a million!
