OK. Well other than the 'capacity' issue (which together with some duff
programming in the 7.6 software is, I am sure, the problem), I've tried
both the other solutions.

The issue remains exactly the same.

The only workaround for me (and because of the way I don't leave my SBS
on all the time is a real problem for me) is to connect to SBS rather
than mysb.com. Then the touch remains connected and is never renamed
'nil' (with associated problems).

I should add that my Boom also loses its mysb.com connection every day
too, but easily recovers it again (and is not renamed as 'nil'). This
has only happened since software 7.6.

I have fixed IPs and a rock solid 35MB connection (continuous uptime of
greater than 1 month. I increased the DCHP leases to a month (just in
case, but it made no difference). I then allocated the fixed IPs (no
difference). I then tried the latest nightly build (no difference). I
then tried monitoring all my devices. All lose their mysb connection
(but not any other connection - I can ping google from them all, for
example) regularly since 7.6. None of them do it when I downgrade to
7.5. Only the touch then renames itself 'nil' and has this spectactular
fail - the others just reconnect immediately on a remote button press.

Hmmm....
