Sorry to crash your party :) the official app you run for your Touch have most of it's heavy lifting done on logitechs own servers (or spotifys who knows) . But the third party app is using some cpu cycles it decrypt and converts some high bitrate encrypted ogg to something usefull for the old players . This plugin is simply to much for the cpu in Touch to manage.
