I could install the patch installer got version 1.1.55 I could once get in "Settings/Advanced/Patch Installer" and had only something like "no patches found" after that I reboot several times, install and uninstall patch installer several times. "Settings/Advanced/Patch Installer" is available, but impossible to enter it and get further.
