The design is that it is not meant to be turned *really* off it should
always be powered (hint there is no power button), otherwise it would
be hard for a remote or wifi controller or computer to turn it on ,
just treat it like your network hardware routers and switches are also
meant to be on forever .

But if your setup get you almost there, it is good enough
